Wholemeal flour Baking powder Cinnamon Coconut oil Honey Eggs or egg replacer Greek yoghurt Blueberries Grated zucchini Pre heat oven In a bowl combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon In another bowl combine coconut oil, honey, eggs and yogurt Whisk together Pour wet ingredients into dry and combine Fold in blueberries and grated zucchini Batter should be a thick consistency Divide batter into 12 muffin cups Bake until golden brown Bon Appetite!!

Miss Samantha has been working in the Kindergarten room for a year now. Samantha started her journey here as a student in our Nursery. She loves learning new things alongside the children as they ask questions and expand their learning.... Our kindergarten children sat down with Samantha to ask her some questions. What is your favourite book? Any book I get to share with my daughter. We have a massive collection of Dr.Seuss books. I like books that rhyme, it makes them more fun to read. What is your favourite childhood memory? Travelling to NSW with my family to have big family Christmass. Why do you love what you do? I love what I do because I feel like I am making some kind of difference in a childs/ families life. Knowing I have some part in that makes me happy. What is your favourite part of the day When I see the children happy, having fun and learning new skills.

As some of you already would have seen, As of today we have started Our new drop off and pick up approach. We have now moved our drop off and pick up zone from our outdoor foyer to our indoor foyer. ... Steps for our new Drop off and Pick Up Zone Step 1: One Family at a time to Entre the drop off pick up zone. Please Dont forget your mask!! Step 2: Please use your camera on your phone to scan the QR code to click the link and follow the prompts. If this is not working for you, Please find the manual written form to sign in over the page. ** This is very important that you do this in order to entre the centre.** Step 3: Use the hand sanitizer provided before using the ipads or pressing the bell. Step 4: Use the ipad kiosk to sign in or out your child. Step 5: Press the Door bell to hear Twinkle little star. Step 6: One of our Lovely Educators will greet you to either take your child to their room or colect them and bring them to you. ** Please be patient with this new process as our Educators are still tending to the childrens needs in the room.** Note: We do understand that it is tricky not being able to have face to face time with your child's educator team. If you are wishing to pass information to a particular educator from your child's room and they are not the educator who greets you at the drop off and pick up zone - We do have options. In our Foyer you will notice our Room Communication Journals next to the kiosks. Please feel free to start utilising these again if you are in a hurry. We are also more than happy for you to send us a message on story park or give us a phone call at any time during the day and we can transfer you to your child's room if you would like to chat and pass any information over to them
