22.01.2022 Are you familiar with the signs & symptoms of burnout? #naturopath #nutritionist #herbalist #burnoutrecovery #burnoutprevention #stressrelief #anxietyrelief #energy

21.01.2022 What habits no longer serve you?

17.01.2022 "Andrographis Paniculata, commonly known as green chiretta, will serve as an alternative treatment to reduce the severity of the outbreak and cut treatment costs, the ministry said in a statement Wednesday. The treatment will be available in five state-owned hospitals initially." #herbalmedicine

15.01.2022 Everything is figureoutable (thanks Marie Forleo!) Life isn't perfect. And it doesn't always go to plan Today we planned to go surfing, yep our first trip to the beach with a tiny little baby, and some tweenies dead set on a surf with their Dad. Despite checking the weather it decided to rain, we forgot the wax, the beach shelter I ordered was out of stock everywhere, the brand new swimmers this postpartum body needed had a hole in them ... It took some problem solving, teamwork and patience with a generous dose of optimism And then we spent a beautiful day in the waves and made some sunny day memories We made it, and you will too. When it rains on your parade, or your health journey, look up rather than down Without the rain, there would be no rainbow Cut yourself a break, get back up on the horse and try again. It will be worth it in the end. Happy Monday everyone! 02.01.2022 Do you have high blood pressure? Learning how to relax is super important and herbal medicines as an adjunct to diet and exercise also work to improve blood flow, improve circulation and lower your blood pressure. Kristy - Aussie Naturopath
