25.01.2022 COVID-19 (Coronvirus) Update & Changes to our Business Aussie Outdoor Blinds & Screens is still open and operating as normal however, our lifestyle showroom is open by appointment only. We are continuing to work full steam ahead on the many installation projects that are currently in the pipeline for our wonderful clients. Our suppliers and our in-house manufacturing team are still operating as normal. There are no disruptions or issues with taking on new projects at this tim...e. Although the COVID-19 (Coronavius) situation is constantly changing, our main priority remains unchanged the health and safety of our staff and clients.We are closely monitoring advice from the Federal Government and the Department of Health and check daily for updates to safety advice. To give you an overview of what we’re doing to protect everyone in our community, here are some of the measures we have in place right now: - We’re taking special precautions to practice social distancing (at least 1.5 metres) wherever possible - We’ve increased hygiene measures through design consultations and communication with staff - We’re co-ordinating and supporting operational teams to work from home wherever possible. The majority of our office-based staff are now working from home - We’re limiting staff numbers on-site wherever possible. Non-essential visits have been cancelled/postponed - We’ve staggered meal and break times to limit staff interactions - We’ve directed all staff to stay at home if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms - Cleaning schedules have been increased on client sites and in our lifestyle showroom and office - Frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected frequently using appropriate detergent or disinfectant solutions - Our security protocols have not changed and are still in place. Your information remains safe and secure at all times Keeping everyone safe is our number one priority. We will continue this in every way we can throughout the duration of this situation. Our Lifestyle Showroom is currently open Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. We are continuing to work full steam ahead on the many installation projects that are currently in the pipeline for our wonderful clients. It's still business as usual for our suppliers services.
