Harry, Peter, Lance and Werner have done so well with on time pick ups to get you around Port with just 1 bus! Thanks also for your patience with our Drivers over the last month as they try to keep up with the increasing numbers of Passengers, all while getting you to your destination on time and in safety... ... The Busy Season is just around the corner and to pre-empt this, I am happy to let you know (and due to your support), we will get our 2nd Aussie Shuttle out on the road before the Easter Holidays! As usual, Aussie has the cleanest shuttles in town. -We are cleaning our door handles every hour! -As per usual, our buses are cleaned 2 times day. -We are accepting cash/card as payment. -Our drivers are cleaning their hands with detol after every transaction. Rest assured we are taking every precaution for you and your families wellbeing.

17.01.2022 Sometimes our drivers get asked why our 10 Ride Passes are $1 more per ride more than our 3 competitors. They drivers dont always have the time to go into great detail to answer this question. The most logical one (that we are most proud of), is the we have the best customer service in Port. Here is a list of what else we do and the other shuttle companies are not....This is where that extra $1 goes: - We service our vehicles on a regular basis - We have vehicles that are no...t more than 5 yrs old. - We buy new tyres when we have low tread - we have public liability insurance cover - We pay our drivers up to $7 per hr more - (We therefore get the best and safest drivers in Port) - We wash our vehicles at the end of every day - We vacuum our vehicles after every 8 hr shift - We have a induction driver training program when all of our drivers start with Aussie Local Shuttle - We have shuttles that turn up on time - Our drivers wont leave you behind if you are not out the front of your house when we arrive. - We update you with SMSs with our ETA - You get a friendly driver that asks how your day was - You get a driver that loves Port Douglas and will recommend where to eat in town. - All our drivers are accredited with QLD DAs (Drivers Authorisations) - Our 10 Passes are fully refundable if you dont use all of the rides. - Our drivers will get out and open the door for the elderly and passengers who have shopping bags. - And lastly, you will always get a smile from our drivers! The ad shows the Reef and the Daintree in all its glory! They are captilising on Aussies staying in OZ for their next holidays and not travelling overseas due to CV.
