19.01.2022 The Coolum 7.2 is the Big Sister to the Coolum 6.0. The Living space of this home is 1.2 meters longer with a large sliding door at the entry. It is a simple open plan design with 3.3-meter-high exposed rafter ceilings giving a Hamptons feel! The Kitchen provides adequate bench space (1800 long) with full height pantry storage, 450 wide robe cupboard, washing machine insert with 600 wide storage cupboard above and space for a full height fridge. The 1-meter wide bathroom wi...th shower, vanity and toilet is surprisingly large with plenty of space for storage and shelving options. There is also a storage loft above the Bathroom for suitcases, boxes and other large items. But, it’s the Living space where this tiny house excels. It is longer than the Coolum 6.0 and provides a larger space for dining and sleeping. The picture window provides the perfect backdrop for a Day Bed / Couch which pulls-out to a King Bed at night with 2 storage drawers under.
