04.01.2022 Our stay at @wallaroo_holiday_park was great, we spent two nights here lucky enough to be given a beach front site (I think there is about 8 beach front sites and are all powered) we pulled in after office hours but the manager was there to greet us and I couldn’t speak more highly of him and the staff, all were really nice to deal with. Toilets were clean and this place has one of the most amazing camp kitchens we have seen! Really has to be seen to be believed! There is a t...on of activity’s for the kids here. BMX track, @jumping__pillows playground, games room, lots of things to explore, grass and a massive beach. We went out to explore Wallaroo, nearby Moonta bay and Port Hughes, checking out their jetty’s and fishing etc.. and spent the evenings at the local wallaroo jetty and checking out the awesome digital silo art all while watching the beautiful sunset. Back at the park there was a ice cream van on the beach and a strawberry’s ‘n’ cream van for desert after dinner. One of our favorite things at the park was the cute little animal petting farm behind the office... the kids loved the animals so much we went back several times to give the a pat. There are two caravan parks that we saw, this one definitely ticked all the boxes for us.. the beach front site really made it great!
