23.01.2022 This therapist has given me permission to anonymously share her story of contracting COVID from a client and then passing it onto two other clients - and all of them had complications. The therapist herself got a very large blood clot in her carotid - long before scientific articles were writing about the blood clot risks. This can happen to any of us - she was the unlucky one it happened to before the call to cease treating came.

12.01.2022 Hi Everyone! We are back in business! Some things are going to be the same and some others a bit different around here. The same things: -We will continue to wash thoroughly our hands before and after each massage.... - We will continue to sanitize all public surfaces, massage equipment, furniture, doorknobs, etc. before and after each client. The different things: -We will be wearing masks and we need you to wear one as well. It's a Health department directive and it keeps everyone just a bit safer. -We will be checking out our temperatures before every client to ensure that we do not have any symptoms and we will do the same at your arrival. If your temperature is above 37.5 degrees CELSIUS we will reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time. -We'll request a pre-visit screening form to be submitted. -If you have any flu/cold symptoms, you need to stay home. -We will be taking fewer appointments and spacing them out more so that clients and maintain social distancing from each other. -Please call to schedule your appointment and ask any questions you may have!
