Each blade is welded and annealed using our state-of-the-art welders, ensuring a high quality weld every time. ... We'll be sharing a step per day this week, follow along for a look behind the workshop curtain! Step 1 isn't very pretty, but it's crucial! Our bandsaw stock arrives several times per week by the truck load, stored in huge coils. Our warehouse holds brands like Lenox, DeWalt and Wikus in a huge range o...f widths and tooth configurations to suit all types of cutting. We measure and shear to length each and every bandsaw blade we make, ensuring you get the right length every time. Plus, our machine has a special shearing attachment so the angles are perfect and free from burrs.
