24.01.2022 Guess who’s made it to 50?! That’s right, this humble, pro-active, passionate and hard-working Association representing all Australian lot feeders! 18 December marks the day a small group of lot feeders got together and formed ALFA back in 1970, and haven’t we all come a long way since then, however, we have never wavered in our quest to nourish cattle, land and communities. We are proud of our achievements and we are asking all our lot feeding members to stop and take a moment to celebrate this major milestone on 18 Dec 2020 with a National morning tea. We will continue to tell our story in the lead up, and in the meantime we would like to see your #FeedlotFaces as #ALFAturns50 - tag us in pictures of how you and your team will be celebrating!

This has to happen to ensure long-term sustainability. "It's not just about eco...nomic sustainability, you need to be socially and environmentally sustainable to have a bright future" https://www.queenslandcountrylife.com.au//global-animal-w/
