17.01.2022 Another solid couple of days by the team earlier this week to get some turfing and track work done before the rain arrived. Looking like a good weekend to #stayhome.

16.01.2022 Large rain events, such as the 80mm of rain we saw over the weekend, can prove to be a challenge to even the most established golf courses. At Australian Golf Course Management, we have developed a process to bring our bunkers back to perfect playing condition within hours, this involves: - Pumping of all stagnant water ... - Removal of all water-logged silt on base - Pushing sand into wash away areas on face - Replacement of new sand on base The results speak for themselves.

11.01.2022 With the Ranfurlie Range being closed due to the pandemic, it’s a great opportunity for the team to get some much needed work done out there, which under normal circumstances, would be difficult to do. Today involved top dressing the entire surface, which will aim to reduce thatch and also assist in fining up the playing surface.

05.01.2022 Look after one another, stay safe and we hope to see you out here again soon!

03.01.2022 The course may be closed to the public, but it’s full steam ahead for the staff here at Australian Golf Course Management as we continue to keep the course in perfect playing conditions. Verti draining greens prior to chemical application, ensures that the chemical is able to reach deep into the profile of the turf, delivering the most effective results coming into the colder months. Greens are then rolled the following morning to ensure greens surface returns to normal playing conditions.
