25.01.2022 This week #austirovers , Lauren, Lainey, Kate, Jacob, Fig and Max ran Venturer Rafting Night at Belmore Basin. Venturers from 1st Balgownie, 1st Keiraville, 1st West Wollongong, 1st Bulli and 1st Austinmer were challenged to sail the seven seas by building rafts, taking their rafts through an obstacle course and testing their buoyancy on water. Big shout outs to our mates Jonathan from Fellowship and Phil from 1st Figtree Rover Crew for lending us a hand. Photos by Lainey Goldsbro
23.01.2022 Last night #austirovers celebrated Christmas with secret santa, there was some naughty and nice presents which all made great entertainment for everyone else there. Famous people such as Nicolas Cage and Fig made a quick appearance, as did our good friend Leah who tuned in from Wales with a little surprise for one of our unit members (guess which one). To top it all off was Emma's cob loaf which was the greatest gift of all. From all of us at Austi Rover Unit Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!!!

17.01.2022 Earlier this year #austirovers applied for Budget Direct Sponsorship o help with our ongoing Den refurbishment and long story short we were fortunate enough to receive a $2500 sponsorship! This was enough for us to have our floor refinished and boy did they turn out great! Check out our before and after photos (thanks to DPS Flooring for the amazing result). We are so grateful to Budget Direct for this opportunity to breath new life into this old floor. Since 2000, Budget D...irect has had Insurance Solved for more than than 3 million Australians. By offering dependable cover at a price that’s hard to beat, we’re challenging the market dominance of older, more established insurers in Australia. Our commitment to quality and innovation means you can get the cover you want, at a price you can afford, with all the features you’d expect plus a lot more. https://www.budgetdirect.com.au/.
