21.01.2022 CURRENT GOLD PROJECTS: PROJECT 6: Exploration licence expired but others pending in PNG - The high-grade zones identified have shown: 2.31 Mt with 5.4g/t Au (for 400,000 oz Au) and 36g/t Ag (for 2.7 Moz Ag); & 2.31 Mt with 6.6g/t Au (for 493,000 oz Au); & 49g/t Ag (for 3.3 Moz Ag); & 1.43 Mt with 10.1g/t Au (for 466,000 oz Au) and 52g/t Ag (for 2.2 Moz Ag). Currently a 2.13 Moz AuEq resource (@>0.5g/t), (being 1.76 Moz Au & 20.4 Moz Ag)

18.01.2022 LONG-TERM CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY OF COAL: One of our Japanese clients wishes to import Black Coal from Australia to Taichung, Taiwan for a power plant. They are seeking a USD price (FOB) per MT and would be looking at 20,000 to 150,000 MT/month. An LOI containing more detailed specifications shall be provided upon request. If able to supply this quantity on an ongoing basis, we will seek your price per MT and proposed specifications.

Sits adjacent to several high grade gold mines, incl one hosting a total resource of 534,000t @ 10.8 g/t (for 186,000 oz Au, 2013). Tenement incl 10,000t of gold tailings @ 1.8g/t Au

07.01.2022 CURRENT GOLD PROJECTS: PROJECT 3: 1no prospecting licence in WA - Area has been fragmented by thrusting such that quartz carbonate veins have been distorted. Gold mineralisation has then been remobilised into structurally controlled and favourable locations
