We can apply (molly) molybdenum disulphide to any problem area to reduce the friction factors of those components. Applied to piston skirts and metal to metal areas. Unlike liquid moly thats gone at the change of fluids.

This is a Australian Titles round for Australian Classic Motocross for pre 78 bikes. Look for our white marques and come and say hi. 15.01.2022 Vaporblasting, Media Blasting, Hydroblasting, Vapourblasting, Wet Blasting. Vapor Blasting uses water, micro glass beads and air. These components are mixed into a slurry within the sump of the machine and propelled at anywhere up to 70 psi toward the surface of a metal part via a handpiece be it, cast iron, aluminum, brass, as well as mild steel. This process seals the surface that helps it resist further staining and oxidation. All the work is carried out in a purpose built... cabinet which contains a specialised gland pump, various hoses, hand piece, turntable, gloves etc Surfaces are not affected, precision tolerances, such as bearing fits and piston size will not be changed. No media impregnation occurs. The water component of the slurry provides a hydraulic cushioning effect to soften the microbeads impact on the metal's surface. Working together, they provide a gentle process that peens the metal surface and leaves a bright lustrous satin finish. The surfaces will not absorb grease and dirt like a dry blasted part will. Finishes will vary from alloy to alloy and manufacturer to manufacturer, but all are good. Aluminum castings in particular are well suited to the process. We also provide a media blasting service using garnet or plastic beads for other Blasting applications. Painting can also be carried out. Water-based so there is no need to neutralize rush through the cleaning process like with ammonia based cleaners. Contains no synthetic ingredients. Field tested on howitzers and other large bore guns with outstanding results. The KG family of cl...eaning products are meant to be used as a system. KG-1 for removal of powder and lead fouling. KG-2 for removal of copper and lead fouling, also works well for polishing bore (1200-1400 grit). KG-12 for aggressive removal of copper fouling. KG-3 solvent and degreaser for removing fouling loosened by KG-1, KG-2 and KG-12. KG-4 gun oil for protecting metal that has been cleaned and degreased with KG-3. This is the second contract of its kind using our product for the military magazines. ...
