18.01.2022 MEASURING BUSINESS PERFORMANCE When it comes to running your small business, you do need to have your finger on the pulse, and be able to evaluate its performance. When your ‘check engine’ light indicates there is a problem with the performance of your car, chances are that you will get it looked at immediately. Well, your business too contains indicators worth monitoring. 02.01.2022 It has been my absolute pleasure to represent the Australasian Institute of Business and Enterprise Facilitators (AIBEF), and work with a number of NSW Uni students (all studying or having completed business related Masters degree) for the past 4 weeks. The project was a collaborative partnership with NSW University, Practera and AIBEF, based on the concept of Practera’s model of experiential learning. A truly great project, and we are looking forward to some exciting outcomes.
