24.01.2022 Hi yogis, I'm supporting AYSF by running Yoga sports class every Saturday at 4 pm AEST. This Saturday we will be working on drills for the following postures below, for Forward Compression - Sleeping Yogi Back Bends - Full Bow Tractions - Flag... Lifts - Koundinyasana A Twists - Marichasana C Inversions - Tiger It will be different postures every week. This session is open for everyone, especially those want to enhance your yoga practice to the next level and getting out of your comfort zone. The idea of the session is all about doing repetitions and drills, creating that muscle memory and be comfortable in certain shapes/forms/poses, and to register those into your brain. I truly believe there's is no shortcuts in anything. It is through techniques, repetitions and practice that you will achieve results. Lifts Inversions ~ Imelda Turner has been practising Bikram yoga since 2007 and teaching since she completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Spring 2013. She attended Jedi Fight Club with Esak Garcia in June 2018 and won the National Australian Yoga Championship that year. In September 2018, she completed e84 training with Esak and came 7th in the International Yoga Sports Championship held in Beijing. In 2019, she won the National Yoga Australian Championship and came 3rd in the Australian Yoga Sports Championship in Thailand.
