11.01.2022 As you are all aware, the current global crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and its worldwide escalation has created much uncertainty for us all. We have been watching the developments carefully re what this meant for the ESA-SRB-APEG-NZSE 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting scheduled for 1-4 November 2020. However, this decision has now been made for us. The recently implemented Level 4 sanctions in New Zealand have resulted in a halt to the construction of Te Pae (Convention... Centre) and the Centre is unlikely to open until early 2021, meaning that the meeting is unable to continue as planned. The councils of ESA-SRB-APEG & NZSE are exploring the possibility of future collaborations which will be communicated in due course. See more
