21.01.2022 Indian Association Palliative Care conference, Guwahati, 14-16 Feb, 2020 The conference theme is Entrust, Engage, Empower Dr Ravi Kannan, Padma shree, Medicine, Cachar Cancer Centre, Hamrahi partner, spoke of providing palliative care in LMIC. ... New and experienced APLI mentors are attending the conference prior to their upcoming Hamrahi visits to Asha Kiran hospital, Orissa, (Davinia Seah and Kath Savona) and Cachar cancer centre, Silchar (David Brumley, Joan Ryan, Penny Tuffin). Frank Brennan, OAM, an invited speaker at the conference.

APLI is pleased to have become a leading member of the Western Pacific Palliative Care Advocacy Network (WPPCAN), having recently been part of the inaugural meeting for the network. This newly formed Network is currently planning our next Advocacy Network workshop, in February 2021 and will be advertising this shortly.
