07.01.2022 The year 2020 in review.. 2020 was an interesting year for the academy. We did manage to sign four (4) of our players overseas. ... Cristian Volpato (AS Roma) Chris Fayers (Malaysia) Cooper Halfpenny (Aravaca - La Liga). Ikko Arimoto (Villarreal) - Mitchell Duke - Player of the year for Western Sydney Wanderers, Signed a two (2) year deal in Saudi Arabia. We also managed to sign a two year agreement with La liga outfit CD Leganes. Not to mention our players who have been doing well in there respective NPL clubs. 35 player’s signed into NPL clubs from local football in 2020.
