05.01.2022 The Senator from the Greens Party has written to the Minister of Home Affairs to request that Subclass 300 Prospective Marriage Visa (PMV) holders be automatically exempt from applying for a travel exemption to travel to Australia. Since all other partner visa holders don't need to apply for the travel exemption, we hope that PMV holders will have the same rights too! Let's hope that the Minister will agree to this motion!
