25.01.2022 Transforming agricultural education with THINK DIGITAL @ Australian Agricultural Centre Virtual Campus #education #australianagriculturalcentre #students #foodandfibre #highereducation #renewableenergy #thinkdigital

24.01.2022 As we cautiously poke our heads around the corner to 2021, I am motivated to produce a plan for the Australian Agricultural Centre 2021 projects that will be innovative and deliverable. Looking at the inspiring ways that people thought outside the box in 2020, we see our communities working harder to survive and those same people trying even harder to support each other. Buying local whether it’s your suburb, town or Australian, is more important than ever! We created STEMC...onnect2020 in a VR World to continue delivering agricultural education to the next generation. Looking at a future in Ag is better than ever. Whether you are developing technology to pick our produce, looking at better ways to retain soil moisture, or developing delicious recipes for our native foods you are all in Agriculture. Some of the 2021 projects at the AAC will involve new awareness of careers in Ag, developing new drought resilience research and methods, and delivering new training methods conducive to these restrictive times. All the best to you and yours. Stay strong, happy, healthy and be kind to yourself. #education #foodandfibre #australianagriculturalcentre #agriculture #technology #research #farming #renewableenergy See more

13.01.2022 Well done Garry Kadwell, you work hard and you’re a great ambassador for Agriculture and Crookwell.

03.01.2022 In breaking news ahead of Thursday’s 2020 delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards Trophy Winners announcement, we are so thrilled to read in today’s Daily Tele ...about one of the most humble and deserving people we know, Garry Kadwell, being recognised as this year’s ‘Producer of the Year’. We first met Garry in 2014 and have since taken numerous chefs & industry on Straight To The Source tours to meet Garry and visit his farm in NSW’s Southern Tablelands. The fourth generation to farm this family-owned property, Garry’s commitment to growing some of the country’s finest potatoes (and lamb), his focus on innovation, his commitment to regenerating the land, and, the voluntary work he does with the RFS, as well as supporting young men in his local and regional community, is nothing short of impressive. Congratulations Garry , we are so thrilled that you have been recognised for the amazing work you do. The full list of 2020 delicious. Harvey Norman Produce Awards Trophy Winners will be revealed this Thursday in the November issue of delicious. Australia and delicious.com.au shot by Katie Quinn on our March 2016 chefs tour #KnowYourProducer #ProduceAwards #StraightToTheSource #KnowYourSource
