We managed to find ...some old dusty gym equipment (all cleaned and sanitised) tucked away in our storage rooms during our clean up. If interested, we will be selling equipment listed (CASH ONLY) this Wednesday 13th May 2020 between 9am to 2pm at our facility Fitness 4173 (1604 Wynnum Rd, Tingalpa, QLD 4173). A maximum of 2 people will be allowed in the room to view equipment with social distancing put in place. FIRST IN FIRST SERVE! Were not sure when we will re-open but once we get the green light from Government our doors will be open for business ASAP! 16.01.2022 Good news for pool operators across Australia from the Australian Government Department of Health Gyms, indoor fitness centres and swimming pools do not need to... close at this time as long as they follow social distancing advice and have good cleaning routines in place. 10.01.2022 ATTENTION ALL GYM MEMBERS While there is uncertainty around what may happen over the coming weeks, we have been directed by the Australian Government to close... our fitness facility (FITNESS 4173). As of midday Monday 23rd March 2020 ALL gym memberships will go on FREEZE until we are instructed to re-open. All direct debits have been stopped. All upfront memberships will be pro-rated of whats left owing on your membership. We will continue to update you all on a weekly basis regarding when we will be able to re-open the gym, however, at this time we have limited information. The Manly Pool will continue to operate for general swimming and Aqua classes so please feel free to pop in for a swim with your families. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer Manly Pool as part of the Fitness 4173 membership for the time being as ALL memberships have had to go on FREEZE. However, please see below for options in the meantime. Zone 1: Treadmills, Stair Masters, Skillmill (Cardio Room) Zone 2: Bikes, Rowers, Arm-Bike, Ab Benches (Cardio Room) Zone 3: Free Weights Room Zone 4: Pin-Loaded and Cable Machine Room Zone 5: Boxing Room Zone 6: Group Fitness Room Please be mindful of the numbers when entering a zone.
