25.01.2022 A special thankyou to Chief Justice Tom Bathurst for hosting the 3rd Annual ADR Address at the Supreme Court of NSW, and to Justice Andrew Bell, President of the Court of Appeal for his outstanding address on The Rise of the Anti-Arbitration Injunction. Justice Bell’s Address will no doubt provide the foundation for greater discussion and research on this important topic.
