07.01.2022 New Years Eve Fireworks are on at Paradise Point!!! I am pleased to confirm that New Years Eve fireworks will go ahead for our Paradise Point event at 9pm, set off over the water as part of our New Year’s Eve spectacular! share this post and spread the word!! Following significant rain over recent days, community feedback and consultation with QFES, the City has taken the position that fireworks can proceed on New Year’s Eve.... We have considered the need for residents & businesses to be able to plan for New Year’s Eve and we hope our community come out to enjoy the fireworks. We know people across our entire country have been doing it tough so we will collect donations on the evening to help out those affected by recent bushfire events. I look forward to welcoming in 2020 with you all!
