21.01.2022 PRODUCT AUCTIONS Please be sure you read ALL the Auction Terms and Conditions correctly. Payments are required within 48hrs of your Auction ending (No exceptions). If you can’t pay on time, do no bid. Payments must be made via direct deposit, and a receipt forwarded to admin on this page via INBOX/PM.... AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. By bidding on any item, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions. 2. To bid, comment on the post containing the item you wish to purchase. Make sure to take note of the starting bid and minimum bid increment. Some items may have a reserve on them. Some items may also have a specific bid increment amount as well. 2. No bids may be edited or retracted. Incorrect bids (i.e. those which are lower than previous bids) will be deleted. Anyone who bids on an item and then edits or retracts a bid will be banned from bidding on other items. 4. Please do not make any comments not directly related to the item for auction. Non relevant comments will be deleted. 5. Each auction will end at the time noted in its listing. This time is as per the Auction administrator's computer, AEST (Victorian time). In the case of any dispute, the administrator's time stamp will be used to settle the dispute. 6. If multiple bids come in at the same time an auction closes, the FIRST bidder will be the winner. 7. Winning bidders are to make contact with the item donator within 24hrs of their auction ending. Admin will give you contact details. 8. Full payment is required within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Direct Deposit only please. Payments are to be made to the National AMHS account. Details are: AMHS Inc. BSB 013912 Account 405817318. Use your SURNAME and Membership number as the reference. 9. Some items may be picked up from the National Show. Others will require the winning bidder to pay postage to the item donator. Each auction will stipulate whether which option is available. 10. Any postage or additional expenses are to be paid directly to the donator, unless noted otherwise. 11. Any winning bidder who does NOT pay within 48hrs and produce proof of payment, will have their win cancelled, and item will be offered to the next highest bidder. 12. HAPPY BIDDING... :)
