24.01.2022 Alice Springs & the Old Telegraph Station. Beautiful place to spend a couple of hours.

24.01.2022 Just another days work on the CSR.

22.01.2022 Quick trip into the Kimberley's with 10,000lts of Jet A1 for the wet season. A nice early storm of 60ml was surprise though.

21.01.2022 Finally back home in Broome after 8 Canning Stock Route tours back to back. Lots of photos coming soon & so much knowledge taken on board about the track, its history and the people who made it what it is.

19.01.2022 The Canning Stock Route, Full of beauty, colour and history, with quite a few graves as proof of the hardships faced during its time.

19.01.2022 Wild flowers of the Canning Stock Route. WA is putting on a stunning display of colour for us this season! Tons of Mulla Mulla's, Silky, Spider, Holly, & Honey Grevillea's, Sturt Desert Peas, Tinsel bush & Sandfire just to name a few, cover the dunes & Swales as far as the eye can see.

15.01.2022 Time for us to head back to Vic and settle in for Xmas. Quick wash up before we start packing. Check the Pindan stain in the concrete, not gonna miss that!

14.01.2022 Shay Gap, WA. Remnants from the old township can be found where once almost 1000 people lived & mined in this spectacular region. Caves, escarpments, towering rocks & rivers now lie in silence. What an incredible place to camp. Didn't see another soul either.

12.01.2022 From endless dunes, soft sand, stunning water holes & long abandoned wells, the Canning Stock Route has it all. Meetings with Martu rangers discussing art & indigenous landcare initiatives, Track Care, Parks & Wildlife, controlling fires & recovering fellow travellers all while showing over 130 every day people the beauty of this historic route. 5 months, 8 tours, 25,000klms and somewhere around 6,500 sand dunes has kept me away from my family and home. Time to sit back and reflect on it all & share lots of photos. Please enjoy! Mick

09.01.2022 Finally on the road back up north again after a few lazy months at home. This year will see us based in Derby, running a road train into the Kimberley servicing stations & communities along the way to Kalumburu. Lots of photos & stunning scenery to be posted over the next 7-8 months! Cheers AORP gang

08.01.2022 Lake Disappointment on the Canning Stock Route. Beautiful place to spend the night & a bit of time exploring.

06.01.2022 Sunset over Woomera SA.

05.01.2022 Quick squirt down the infamous Tanami.... Dry one minute- pouring the next!

04.01.2022 5th Canning completed, 3 more to go! Lots of pics of the track coming.

01.01.2022 Some snapshots of the Canning Stock Route earlier this year.
