11.01.2022 After an unsuccessful sales campaign to sell our family home we were referred to David Ferguson and Australian Property Negotiators to engage their Vendor Advocacy services. Not knowing a lot about this service we were surprised that (A) it was available and(B) the best part of all it would not cost us any more to engage this service. My wife and I sat down with David to discuss the service and straight away felt at ease with his depth of knowledge and experience regarding se...lling and buying real estate. We engaged their Vendor Advocacy services and David literally took care of everything from interviewing the best agents, appointing the best one along with marketing schedules and commission costs it was a seamless process. We were kept up to date via email, text and phone as to all the happenings on a twice weekly basis which gave us the utmost of confidence in the service and abilities of this service. The end result was we achieved our dream price in a great time frame which was considerably more than any previous offer we had entertained with a quick settlement we are now on our way to building our new home. We cannot praise David & Australian Property Negotiators enough and will be happy to continue to talk positively about our experience and refer many friends and family to this free service every person looking to sell should just leave it to the experts and get on with living your life and having a stress free selling experience.
