25.01.2022 A group of absolutely vital EVERYDAY HEROES! Think of it, the pharmacists can actually READ your prescription! Personally, my lovely GP only writes in Sanskrit, so I can say quite truthfully the pharmacist is a lifesaver, apart from being helpful, patient, full of good advice, charming and good-looking. THANK YOU FROM ALL OF US TO ALL OF YOU!!!!

24.01.2022 Superman!! Very happy you recovered well from Covid19, and are able to make your 150th donation! Congratulations! (Do you think having a fighting surname helps? I have family in Paris named Guerra and they’re tough )

21.01.2022 We all miss our freedom of choice, but especially when family and friends are distant. Remember, looking after yourself means you’re better equipped to help others! Stay well and safe for you and yours

21.01.2022 Five out of five!!! Certainly time to be VERY happy! HAPPY but , sorry to be a bit of a party pooper, not too complacent. This virus is sneaky and wants to creep back into our lives. Please follow the small, sensible restrictions to keep it out of our lives - we want too celebrate ten out of ten, then.......

21.01.2022 We’re all in this together, and help is at hand for those who need it.

19.01.2022 Speaking for me, that stuffy headspace needs a thorough Spring clean, and l have decided this is a good place to start. Join me? There is so much to list in my gratitude journal.

16.01.2022 So many of us want to DO something! We are so constrained by location and restrictions. Here is a wonderful way to be of benefit, for those who have been affected by the COVID-19 virus . You can aid by donating, see details herewith, and THANK YOU to you all

13.01.2022 So much has happened this year, it’s hard to believe the fires were 9 months. The Australian Red Cross is still working with the affected communities and their update makes for good reading. Stay well! Wear your mask!

09.01.2022 I think we may be wearing masks for a bit longer, time to brush up on the technique?

08.01.2022 Celebrate the easing of restrictions, be a DOUBLE ZERO HERO and save lives!! Give the ultimate gift and look GREAT!!

08.01.2022 As the world passes the somber milestone of 1 million deaths from COVID-19, this is what must be done to prevent the death toll from reaching 2 million 1. In...vest in health systems everywhere, including in conflict zones, where healthcare is rare and precious. 2. Properly equip front-line care workers. 3. Strengthen infection prevention and control. Even when a vaccine arrives, infection prevention and control will remain invaluable. 4. A political and financial commitment to equitable access to a COVID-19 vaccine. Beating smallpox 40 years ago during the Cold War shows what is possible. We must rise to that challenge again.

07.01.2022 Woohoo! Very fancy! AND you’ll be saving lives! Ultra cool! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

07.01.2022 Congratulations! A great achievement for all the members, reflecting their commitment to the community, and three special celebrations of service!

04.01.2022 The sad story of Ukraine, from the eyes of its children. They are not forgotten.

02.01.2022 While it is very easy to focus on the negatives of this pandemic, it is also easy to fall into a bad headspace, which is why now is the perfect time to start a ...gratitude journal to remind ourselves of what we're thankful for in life! You only need around five minutes after waking up or before sleeping to list them out, and it can be as simple as being grateful for receiving a small gesture from your loved ones. So if you want to enjoy being more present and improve your mindset, try practicing gratitude. It is a chance to feel appreciative of everything around you and realise this lockdown won’t last forever #gratitude #gratitudeattitude See more

01.01.2022 Celebrate our good fortune on ZERO DAY and help boost our supplies. One day you may need help and a donor just like you will have given exactly what you want most!! And.......THANK YOU!

01.01.2022 We live in a small community where people have been careful, considerate and cooperative. All is well, but the risk is still with us. Not the case for many countries. Smiles still show when we wear masks, wash your poor chapped hands and stay safe!
