21.01.2022 A person holding a Trade certificate isn't deemed to be a qualified welder. To become a qualified welder a person must qualify to a weld procedure/ and Standard and have suitable skill. All to often welders turn up to attempt a weld test with very little practice my suggestion to those whom haven't welded in some time and wish to reflect there resume to come in for some practice and advice before attempting there test as it can be an expensive exercise on the potential employer

Issued by Weld Australia (WTIA) Welders seeking a qualification need to visit the AWCR web site and create a WeldQ Profile. Once created contact us for a price, choose a program in the weldQ programs ensure you choose LMATS as your testing Center we will contact you to arrange a booking once we are notified.
