To find out which candidates in your electorate care enough about the future of the coast to do something about it like this page and share it. Well keep you up to date with news and information about Australias coast, and how you can help candidates understand its importance. http://coast.org.au

03.01.2022 The coast defines Australia. It is our largest and most popular playground. It is also one of our most highly valued social, economic and environmental assets. We want to make sure it stays that way. There is currently no national coastal policy and no coordination of coastal management between federal, state and local governments. The Australian Coastal Advocacy Alliance exists to promote a coordinated national approach to managing our Australian coast for the benefit of fut...ure generations. Add your voice to ours at http://acaa.good.do/safeguard-australias-coast/ - and help us to safeguard the future of our coast!

Coastal councils understand the urgent need for coordinated planning so everyone knows what developments are safe and appropriate for the coast and everyone knows who does what in an emergency.
