The unique techniques used in Abacus also helps develop an interest and passion in maths for many students as their confidence and understanding grows from an early age. In Abacus, students learn to use their fingers and a tool to calculate numbers. It is believed that movement using fingers give them an opportunity to activate the brain sensors. The activity in t...he right hand helps them to coordinate with the left side of the brain and vice versa. This brings several benefits to the brain like : Improved listening skills, Concentration skills, Problem solving abilities, Visualization and Memory skills and most importantly boost self confidence. 06.01.2022 This is how kids enjoy practising Anzan skills in Abacus. Anzan essentially means - 'mental arithmetic'. Kids don't require a calculator to do calculations. Regular practice of Anzan improves their skills to listen, concentrate, memorize and visualize; most importantly it boosts their confidence in maths.
