We have decided for the safety of vendors and the pu...blic to move everything to the Mataya front courtyard. Logistically this proves difficult for some vendors who have taken a rein check until the 4th Oct. 19.01.2022 This week we want to thank the school crossing attendants! November 17 was actually ‘National thank your traffic warden day’ so only a little late.... I remember our crossing attendant when I was a primary school, always such a happy man. And now my daughters school has 2 friendly crossing attendants who have a chat while crossing the road and give you a friendly wave when driving by Without them keeping our kids safe, we would have trouble crossing the busy road near scho...ol. Some towns struggle to find crossing attendants so I am happy we have some of the best at our school! #thankfulthursday

14.01.2022 The total activity (TA) is like a bacteria killing scale; the higher the TA the greater the antimicrobial strength. The anti-bacterial activity of honey is derived via natural enzymes and chemicals in the honey. We have sent a couple of our honeys away to be tested and we currently have Redgum that has a TA 30+ rating and Jarrah that has a TA 40+ rating. #antimicrobial
