24.01.2022 Finished the 2013 season and was one of the best I can remember,great fishing and congrats to bilson and the viking team they had a great season as well...will post some stats when my brain starts working again!bit of downtime now and then start thinking barra............

17.01.2022 Well good things come to those that wait? We have had a patchy season this year with some great fishing and then some quite periods where you have to just wait your turn...well our turn came and our angler Steve Nance from Kentucky. Had a great 61 st birthday present yesterday when we had a triple hookup and ended up catching 5 black marlin with 3 of them over 900 lb!!! And to top it off we had a double header today and he released another fish around he 1000 lb mark. WOW congrats Steve and thats 6 fish in 2 days with 4 of them over 900 lb...big thank you to my crewy Shano who ran the deck single handed and with only one angler things got busy and crazy pretty quick.....

13.01.2022 Took my son Jack to Tinaroo last thursday full moon and he caught a 102 cm barramundi! With no help from dad. Just finishing a 3 day charter caught one 850-900 lb yesterday and lost another around the same size...

13.01.2022 Wow,great start to the Lizard island tournament,released a 900 lb fish and 300 first day and released a 1000 lb fish yesterday for good mates from England Stew and Phil,great to see this fishery is in good health due to the hard work of many. Got a satellite tag into the 1000 lb fish.....

12.01.2022 JUST completed a total refit on a 1985 23ft Caribbean ,transom,decks stringers,inboard to outboard....took up to Karumba for sea trials..36 knots @5300 with a 150 yammie 4 stroke!!! very very comfy ride in 20 plus knots...they had it right....haines formula,caribbean...bertram.

04.01.2022 The insanity continues a 950 yesterday for Frank Sitterle and today a couple of 900 lb fish and a fish around a grand,best big bite since early 80s brings back memories and 7 big fish in 5 days from12 bites from big fish...the whole fleet is enjoying some great fishing. Photos to come
