04.01.2022 You won't have seen this before! 35 kilometer per hour tides! Standing Waves 40 feet tall Whirlpools 800 meters in diameter with holes 100 feet deep! This... is the stuff of legend. That small spec on the water in the 3rd clip is a 40 foot boat struggling against the flow. This phenomenon only happens twice a year and has only been accidentally seen by a handful of people from the air. Small Ships that have accidentally got too close over the eons typically got smashed or sucked down! This is first ever footage filmed by our legend pilot camera man Kevin Pearce.
