25.01.2022 Today is Bolivia's #NationalFlagDay, commemorating the creation of its first flag. Bolivia's flag is formed by three horizontal stripes, red, yellow and green. Red symbolises the blood shed by all national heroes, yellow expresses Bolivia's wealth and mineral resources, and the green represents the immensity of Bolivia's jungles and grasslands. Bolivia's coat of arms, placed in the centre of the flag, highlights the condor of the Andes, Potosi's Cerro Rico, an alpaca, and ...a sheaf of wheat and a palm, among other elements. Hoy es el Día de la Bandera Nacional de #Bolivia, que conmemora la creación de nuestra primera bandera. La #bandera de Bolivia, está formada por tres franjas horizontales, roja, amarilla y verde. El rojo simboliza la sangre derramada por todos los héroes nacionales, el amarillo expresa la riqueza y los recursos minerales y el verde representa la inmensidad de las selvas y pastizales de nuestra tierra.
