21.01.2022 Competitors will have the choice of either: Meat main course or vegetarian main course A "Tucker Box" will be provided to cook your choice of dish in either of the two categories of main plus you have the option of providing a desert. The "Tucker Box" will contain the basics (meat, veggies, flour, sugar & eggs) and you need to bring your own secret sauces, condiments etc to make your meal special.
