If not this is why you should.. - Eggs are a complete and balanced food source for your dogs and have near enough the perfect balance of both Phosphorous & Calcium. - Eggs are a great source of Vitamin A, Riboflavin, Folate, Vitamin B12, Iron, Selenium and Fatty Acids... - Eggs are one of the most complete sources of amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein. - If Eggs are fed with the crushed or powdered shell, they are virtually a complete food source for dogs. - The shells only can also be a valuable, natural, calcium supplement for dogs who have difficulty eating bones. Just dry the shells out to feed at a later time, by grinding them up, until they are powdered. Then just sprinkle the powder on your dogs next meal.. WHAT KIND OF EGGS TO BUY? Its important to remember that many brands of standard eggs (inc both caged and free range eggs) are produced using cancer causing, genetically modified grains, synthetic growth hormoses and chemical pestisides, so its always best to use Locally Sourced "CERTIFIED ORGANIC" FREE RANGE EGGS, where possible.
