I have done a number of Lillian’s OPDs she is excellent in all ways warm, experienced, organized and generous with her knowledge (Nicky Solomon)... As a new Celebrant, it was great to have the opportunity to speak with other, more experienced Celebrants, as well as the obvious benefit of having a great communicator like Mel deliver an interesting and valuable session. 15.01.2022 One of our rare in class days in Victoria at Box Hill with Mel. Such great feedback. Love Melissa’s stats and she’s always on top of recent changes (Tash Webb) Melissa goes above and beyond. I love her approach and clear teaching. I always come away with little tips. (Roz Tilley)... I have been doing this course with you for quite a while now. Our trainer, Melissa is really very very good. She is always well prepared and enjoys giving us the info we need to have. 14.01.2022 Very moving story. In 1944, Frankie didn't have a wedding dress. But for her 77th anniversary this month, the St. Croix Hospice team found her one, and planned a special day to celebrate. Our music therapist played 1940s classics while Frankie walked down the "aisle" with her daughter towards her one true love. Hospice is about honoring the entire life of a patient, and even adding to the story. (reference: https://www.facebook.com/stcroixhospice/)

09.01.2022 Manly OPD with Lillian was well received. Some lovely comments, and yes we all look forward to being in a class with our colleagues in NSW. Lillian’s insights & her understanding & interpretation of The Marriage Act. Great communicator. Revisiting the bare bone’s issues that all celebrants would address: AG’s website, using the AG’s online software to register prospective clients for marriage. Online facility within the software etc. The subject matter this year was rather w...eak though Lillian makes a habit of squeezing the most out of the topics for our benefit. 02.01.2022 So fortunate to be still getting to have classes with differing restrictions across Australia. Here is feedback from our OPD day at Mandurah with Luke. Luke was an amazing communicator who has excellent rapport with celebrants. Gave great anecdotal accounts of services and pitfalls.
