10.01.2022 Okcan you teach me something? Are you embodied? If so, how did you begin? Where did you start?... What does embodiment mean? How does it feel? How did you know you were finally embodied? 09.01.2022 The original teacher is the plant. Who taught me how to hold Cacao ceremonies? Cacao did.... If I didn’t then who would? If I didn’t then how would the land heal? The people heal? The spirits and energy heal? Land trauma can be felt, have you ever gone somewhere that thought.. this isn’t pleasant I can’t wait to get out of here!? Or felt an emotional change as you walk past some particular bushes or areas? I call it the energetic blueprint of the land. That is left behind due to past atrocities that happened during colonisation and the push to murder many Aboriginal men, women and children. The energy of mothers looking for their stolen children. The abuse of stolen children. Men trying to defend their families and community. There are also nature spirits who don’t trust man and don’t want them near. Cacao and connection to country helps land energy slowly heal of the energy left behind. I was taught by Mother Cacao that when my/your energy rises whilst connecting to country, we send our energy towards the land and where it needs to go to help it heal. It’s all interconnected. Us and land. I’ve never been judged because I wasn’t taught by anyone and to be honest I don’t know if a person would have taught me this. All wisdoms and medicine was taught to the healer by the plant back when we communicated with nature in a time of human and nature harmony. Trust what you have received and trust what you know you are meant to do. It’s great to continue learning and seek out human teachers absolutely! But don’t let anyone question your ability. Or sway you to believe differently. Claim your place for what you came here to do because only you can know what it is. No one can take away the relationship between man/woman and plant. 07.01.2022 To all of you who have held a cup of ACC in your hands. I truly thank you. You not only hold what was my hopes to introduce self love as a personal power to grow like a muscle every time you ceremony but the vision of humanity being sewn back together. Through self love. Through self acceptance. Through self belief and self worth.... In that cup of ACC you also hold my journey to this day. ACC was formed out of the twisting and turning of my life. The unworthiness, self loathing and desperation to be saved. Cacao led me to see that I was going to save me and the next minute I was doing it. We were doing it. Saving myself, listening to myself and TRUSTING myself. You hold my true intentions to help humanity rise and see that we are one family. As I always believed when I was a little girl. What you wish to put into the Cacao you hold in your hands today, put it all in there because it is all possible! The wonder. The adventures. The joy and flow. The bliss. Put that curiosity in there. Ask ‘can it get any better than this?’ I emerge differently everyday. After this third baby I feel like a new being. Like I have given birth to myself for the third time and feel even more deserving to be here and claim my space on Earth. Thank you, for your hopes and dreams.
