22.01.2022 Hi chef land. As many friends and family no I suffer from mental health. I am ashamed and embarrassed to talk about it as many people don’t think mental health ...is real. On Thursday night I suffered probably the worse anxiety and depression and panic attack in years. So I have created this page for chef land for chefs to discuss mental health problems and issues. It’s not always about work as a lot of mental health is related to outside work and basically just past issues or even just born with it that our job may trigger an episode.
