This award acknowledges the selflessness, commitment, dedication and passion that Dr. Hasham reflects in all the work that he contributes toward...s in his Service within his Lebanese Community in both Australia and Lebanon. It further exhibits his numerous Leadership roles in his Engineering work and the support that he provides to numerous worthy charities in Australia. Clifford Residences, as well as being luxurious, three bedroom, whole-floor apartments, are an engineering masterpiece. From the work required for the retention of the façade, to the construction of the basement below the harbour water level, this four year project required specialist engineering skills extending to shoring, excavation, underpinning and a tanked basement solution as well. 03.01.2022 Concord Hospital Redevelopment | Temporary Works Australian Consulting Engineers’ Temporary Works team have been enjoying the chance to work with BKH Group and Lane Access Group on another project, the $341m Concord Hospital Redevelopment. This is a landmark development which will deliver vital services to care for our growing community including a Rehabilitation and Aged Care Centre, Cancer Centre, and in an Australian first; a National Centre for Veteran’s Healthcare. Our temporary works team have been conducting Formwork Design Reviews, Scaffold Design Reviews, as well as ongoing inspections and consultations. The new clinical building, emergency department and operating theatres have come along nicely and we are looking forward to the hospital servicing the community for many years to come.
