Ingredients 20mL fresh lemon juice 20mL simple syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar)... 40mL Sydney Gin Garnish: Thyme sprig and blueberries Method Add the lemon juice, simple syrup and gin into shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and blueberries. Cheers, old sport.
