23.01.2022 The Australian Institute for Enneagram Studies is now calling for applictions for it's Enneagram Teaching Internship. It has been running this program for twenty years and uses the Brisbane Enneagram Community and the Brisbane Project as its central, clinical, teaching source. While the internship program objective is to produce Enneagram Teachers to present and run the Australian Enneagram Project in Brisbane, now in its 25th year, it is also a high quality program for those wishing to use the Enneagram in their professional work such as Teachers, Therapists, Doctors, Consultants and Human Resource Managers.

22.01.2022 Applications now open for our 2019 Internship in Contemplation at our contemplative retreat centre, Andelaine in the rural hinterland of the Gold Coast. The program will be an immersion program centred around meditation, prayer, study, work and spiritual direction.

15.01.2022 The Australian Oral-Tradition of the Enneagram is the largest & longest running public Enneagram program in the world. Since it began in 1994 over 35,000 people have attended the program. This Enneagram Program explores the nine Passions of Evagrius of Pontus and how they affect behaviour, consciousness, motivation and relationships. Hope to see you all there. All are welcome.

13.01.2022 Dear members and friends, As we reflect on 25 wonderful years of the Brisbane Enneagram Program, we would like to take this opportunity to thank David Burke and our amazing community (past and present) for your support and contribution to making the panel series such a unique and special experience - unlike anything else anywhere in the world. Whilst often challenging but always enlightening, it is due to all of you that we have been able to achieve the largest and longest r...unning qualitative analysis of personality type in the world. With over 35000 attendees, 1000 panels and 4000 panelists, the panels have been an amazing opportunity to participate and observe this highly powerful system. The result is a growth in conscious awareness of usually invisible behaviours and motivations, giving us new choice about our life and relationships, while building maturity and interior calm. We would like to extend a special invitation for you and your friends and family to attend the upcoming 100th series of the Brisbane Enneagram Project. We are committed to delivering a memorable experience for all so please spread the word. The 10-week series commences on Wednesday 9th October and concludes with panel 1000 on Wednesday 11th December. 13.01.2022 We had a great 9 panel last night. It's always so interesting when the panels are used to type someone. It's amazing to see how distinctive the differences between each type are - differences that are much more obvious when a person is sitting on the wrong panel. The panels really are a remarkable tool for ensuring that we get the personality typed correctly. The calibration which occurs on a typing panel is an integral part of the Australian Enneagram Community typing process - and it's one of the reasons why we're the best in the world at typing!

Evidence of a higher incidence of heart attack has been documented in those who lost people in the World Trade Centre attacks. Thank you, Kath, for such a potent example of the physical effect of emotional connection. This is exceedingly important information, particularly for Feeling Types. 01.01.2022 We become conscious of ourselves when we seek to understand others. It is only a desire for deeper relationships and community that drives our own self-discovery. The bonds of love and friendship require a vulnerability if they are to grow stronger. Developing consciousness allows for the surrender of our naturally held defences against intimacy and friendship. While intimate relationships are a joy it is our experience of vulnerability in community the poses the greater challenge due to its complexity and the uncertainty of individual rewards. It is the consciousness acquired in community resulting in selflessness and service that nurtures and sustains our intimate relationships. Please join us for a celebration of consciouness and community at our next Wellness Weekend, August 18 and 19.
