24.01.2022 Want to pickle your own jalapenos? As explained just now to one of our followers, pick up a handful or two of our Aussie Jalapenos, grown fresh here in Australia (unlike the other pickled varieties available) from Woolworths and follow this very easy recipe: Simply combine water, vinegar, sugar, kosher salt, garlic, and oregano in a saucepan over high heat. Bring mixture to a boil, stir in our jalapeno peppers and remove from heat. Let mixture cool for 10 minutes. Pack peppers into jars using tongs, cover with vinegar mixture, cover, and refrigerate until needed. Easy!
