15.01.2022 25 special wheel-chairs to patients with cerebral palsy **************************** Australian Medical Aid Foundation donated 25 special wheel-chairs for children with cerebral palsy. ... The handing over ceremony took place at the JJCDR on 9.6.2020. The Chief Guest on the occasion were Dr.T.Sathiyamoorthy, Director Teaching Hospital,Jaffna and the Consultant Peadiatrician Dr.Gitanjali Sathiadas. The welcome speech was made by Dr (Mrs)J.Ganeshamoorthy, Hon. Chairperson Mrs.Helen Devarajan, Hony.Board Member, in her speech expressed deep gratitude to the AMAF who brings the joys to Children with Cerebral palsy.

07.01.2022 The Australian Medical Aid Foundation (AMAF) has donated over 800 hospital beds to NorthEast of Sri Lanka over the last 4 years. New eye ward has been opened recently in the newly built multi-storey building. All the beds in the eye ward are AMAF’s donation. The hospital beds project is a joint project with Donation in Kind of the Rotary club.
