22.01.2022 After this months launch of our Stake in the Game Project, we spoke to our AMMNA President and Project Lead about what to expect from the body of work that is in full swing to create the future of our game. Head to our website (link in bio) for our media release, and more to come in the next weeks!

20.01.2022 "Rising to the Occasion" will be a documentary full of sweat, pain and passion as we follow the NSW and WA men’s netball teams in their quest for championship glory, at the Australian Men’s and Mixed Netball Championships in 2021.

19.01.2022 Recent social media coverage has many boys and men asking how they can get involved with our great game of netball. We collated the contact points of our state member bodies to help you find a home! Or simply click-through the tags on our first image for their insta pages.

19.01.2022 Re-post from Netball Australia media release on the intention to officially push to have netball at the 2032 Olympics! Some strong inference to men’s needing to be there, not just at Olympics but could we see a men’s category at World Cup?! Read the article on NA website, and your AMMNA executive will continue to work to showcase what our organisation and athletes have to offer the world stage and this great sport of netball!

19.01.2022 The Olympics bid for netball is predicated on a need to show a global elite product for men and women. With NZ, Australia and Oceania already in possession of elite products, it is amazing to see the rest of the world growing their domestic competitions and acknowledging men’s netball at large as a growth priority. This clip is NetballSA sharing their growth plans. https://youtu.be/mtifpN83wDY

18.01.2022 Definitely clicked love on this Netball Australia post today.

16.01.2022 Announcement: AMMNA Launches Stake In the Game Project (SiTG). Stay tuned on our socials to find out how we plan to make the twenty-twenties our biggest and boldest decade yet. SITG is a responding strategy to @netballaust SOTG review which we were a partner to, and will state our intentions on how we can play our part in the future of netball, including our Olympics ambition. by @the_taipan

15.01.2022 On top of the research gathered from our partnership with Netball Australia during the State of the Game survey, we want to offer fans and players the opportunity to share their ideas direct with our Stake in the Game project team. Swipe across for more information on how you can bring your ideas for the future of men’s and mixed netball. Campaign images by @the_taipan

14.01.2022 Hosts @southerndragonsnetball will soon be releasing the deets of our 2022 Champs! To usher in our 35th tournament and this new decade of netball, keep your eyes on their page and head to your home states socials for details of upcoming trials as they are released.

14.01.2022 We love the work @netballqueensland_ are doing to create more places and spaces for men and boys to play netball. Head to their social pages and website to hear more of their men’s and boys growth ambitions, which is the most progressive men’s and boys inclusion strategy launched in this country and sets the pace for us all to drive toward! #qlder

11.01.2022 One of the pillars our new AMMNA strategy will anchor off is diversity. Whilst gender diversity is the lead driver for our sport, age diversity is also important. A pathway position for all ages is target state. After multiple states intended to use reserves divisions for over 35s this season, we’ve agreed with the host state to seek EOIs for this age group to have its own division in addition to reserves. This will be a test and learn format which states can opt in or out of, and a long term decision can be made on its place in the pathway after we review its interest and impact . Can semi elite netball still happen in our late thirties and forties? We think so

10.01.2022 VMMNA have selected their teams for the 2021 Australian Championships. https://bit.ly/36VvukF

09.01.2022 AMMNA has a proud history of amazing administrators who have served our org for over 4 decades. Attracting new and different talent to spark our organisation into new ways of working is critical to our future. Our latest intake sees the return of Tammy Holcroft (entrepreneur), as well as newcomers Sheree Harrison (public service executive) and Gleni Zucco (marketing and PR executive.) We look forward to our class of 2021 making their mark on our sports future and bringing a host of new commercial skills to our network!

09.01.2022 We loved him in green and gold, and think he looks just at home in west coast green! So glad Australian netball has one of its best home.

07.01.2022 How good is this story from one of our best, former elite athlete and coach Mohnte Namok https://m.youtube.com/watch

05.01.2022 The Australian Men's and Mixed Netball Association Inc (AMMNA) calls for nominations from nationally badged Umpires to become a member of the National Pool of Umpires. Find out more here http://ow.ly/dQv450D98F1

03.01.2022 I hope to inspire other Aboriginal people to trial and play in upcoming tournaments so that we can see more of our people occupying great spaces. It’s been a huge NAIDOC Week, and we want to finish it sharing the voice of one of our emerging stars!
