23.01.2022 Nystagmus is a sign of a serious nervous disease in a goat e.g. polioencephalomalacia due to a thiamine (vitamin B 1) deficiency. Urgent vet attention is needed but if you have Vit B1 on hand start by giving an injection at 10mg/kg every 6 hours until the vet can get there.

Past of my advice ...was to increase the protein levels of the dairy goats diets.
