Yesterday Independent Senator Rex Patrick highlighted Australian Owned Contractors' campaign to increase the participation of Australian contractors in the head contracts of major public infrastructure projects. Right now, 95% of Australia's major public infrastructure projects are delivered by foreign owned contractors.

21.01.2022 AOC’s Let Us Build Queensland campaign is hitting home with local politicians. Queensland’s Main Roads Minister Mark Bailey told media before the dissolution of Parliament that Government has listened to industry who told us they wanted to break up larger infrastructure projects so more mid-tier firms can compete.
