So if you are in Brisbane right now, you have the chance to hear this piece (Tomlinson/Lloyd-Jones/Omote), Transmutations (Ba Da Boom Percussion), Tamtam+ (Pateras/Tomlinson), Something New (Griswold/Pateras). 22.01.2022 The Australian Percussion Gathering thanks all of its supporters throughout 2016. We were delighted to host the APG in July this year. There are no current plans for the next Australian Percussion Gathering, but if and when it does happen, we will be sure to let you all know. Best wishes for a wonderful 2017.

Just a reminder that we are covening the international percussion conference Transplanted Roots in Brisbane, Australia this September. http://www.transplantedroots.org This is a significant opportunity to bring together some of the biggest names/thinkers in percussion to play, present, and discuss our field. The five directors Steve Schick, Aiyun Huang, Fabio Olivero, Ross Carre and myself will be there alongside 3 soon to be named keynotes. In addition percussionists from around the world will be gathering to share their research and perform. If you want to present your work, it is time to act NOW!!!!!!
