24.01.2022 We are about to hit the studio to record conversations that transcend the spaces in which we’ve traditionally played, disrupt existing views and challenge the norms of our industry. Season one of our podcast, hosted by Chairman Andrew Baxter and General Manager Business and Innovation Mitch Edwards, will be launched early September and will be accessible to anyone via Spotify, Apple podcasts and our APL channels. Keep an eye out as we start to share information on upcoming guests we are asking our producers and other industry stakeholders for help formulating questions for experts. More to come.

22.01.2022 APL’s PorkStar team joined forces with Straight To The Source to bring influential chefs from three hatted restaurants Momofuku Seibo at The Star to directly source their pork. This time they visited Taluca Park Free Range to highlight the provenance and farming practices behind their pork.

13.01.2022 Not one but two of our Australian pork producers took out top gongs last night at the country’s most prestigious food awards, the delicious. Australia Harvey Norman Produce Awards. Congratulations to Hamlet Pork for taking out the From the Paddock Trophy, a first for any pork producer in this category. Hamlet beat some tough competition from beef, lamb, venison and chicken producers across the country. Well done also to Tathra Place Free Range for taking out the Unearthed Next-Gen Producer Award for the amazing work they do too. Seems like the judges enjoyed getting some pork on their fork this year!
