This property has been registered as a wildlife refuge since 1974 and sits on 245 hectares of land. Curricabark Wildlife Refuge is home to over 30 threatened species and holds great importance for our wildlife. IT'S UP FOR SALE! We MUST protect it! Because of its important biodiversity and untouche...d history, the property presents a rare and wonderful opportunity for our wildlife and must be protected into the future. Aussie Ark needs only $120,000 to protect this parcel of wilderness. The funds will soley be utilised to purchase the property for protection. Aussie Ark will then be able to initiate much needed long-term management action to exclude invasive predators, aggressively manage weeds and protect the area from wildfire.
